- ¾ oz. Irish Whiskey
- ¾ oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
- ¾ oz. Green Crème de Menthe
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup crushed ice
Glass: Tall Specialty
Garnish: aerosol whip and drizzle ¼ ounce of green crème de menthe on top.
Add ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Garnish and enjoy!

Non-Alcoholic Version
- 1 oz. Vanilla syrup
- 1 oz. Milk
- 1 oz. Honey
- 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 3 drops peppermint extract
- 3 drops green food coloring (optional)
Glass: Collins
Garnish: aerosol whip cream
Add ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Garnish and enjoy!
