1. Friday's® Gold Points are available on qualifying purchases at participating T.G.I. Friday's® , Friday's® Front Row Sports Grill and Friday's® American Bar restaurants. Gold Points Reward Network are also available at other participating retail and/or service locations ("Gold Points Reward Network partners"). You must present your Friday's® Gold Points card at the time of purchase to receive Friday's® Gold Points. The purchase requirements and terms of issuance of Gold Points may vary from one Gold Points Reward Network partner to another.
2. No purchase is necessary to get a Friday's® Gold Points card, however you can only have one active card at a time. Lost or stolen cards are replaceable. To get our great little card, you must complete an enrollment form and give it to your server. To enroll, you must have a valid address and be 13 years of age or older. Gold Points Reward Network is not directed to or intended to be used by children under the age of 13. Account transfers and address changes may be made in writing with necessary supporting documentation. 3. You will be awarded (10) base points for every dollar purchased. Points will not be issued for tax or tip. Some restrictions on alcohol purchases may apply based on local laws. A really cool-looking Friday's® Gold Points receipt will serve as confirmation that the points were credited to your account. Unfortunately, sometimes our computer system may experience some downtime so your receipt may not be totally accurate. These errors are never malicious. Please call the Gold Points Reward Network Customer Service 1-800-508-9000 regarding any discrepancies.
4. Points may be earned only by the Friday's® Gold Points cardholder who pays the check. Friday's® Gold Points will not be issued on the purchase of gift certificates/cards but if the recipient is a cardholder, points will be issued upon gift certificate/card redemption.
5. Because we are really nice, 500 bonus points will be given to each new guest who joins the Friday's® Gold Points program. These points will automatically appear on member's point balance within three days of membership activation.

7. Here's the important stuff: When you are ready to redeem points for a Friday's® Gold Points award, you should notify your server or manager. Present your card and state your award selection. Your point balance will be electronically confirmed. The award points will automatically be deducted from your account. An award certificate will be printed and presented to you. Friday's® Gold Points awards are non-transferable and must be exchanged for the selected prize. Awards may vary by store. Certain states may have additional restrictions. Points will not be awarded on ticket and game purchases or room rentals.
8. For a complete list of all other Gold Points Reward Network partner's awards, including rules and restrictions, please visit goldpoints.com. Awards from other Gold Points Reward Network partners can be redeemed by calling Gold Points Reward Network Customer Service. Other participating partner awards may be subject to that partner's rules and restrictions.
9. Friday's® and Gold Points Corporation reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to terminate the Gold Points Reward Network program, to change, add or delete Gold Points Reward Network partners, and to alter, limit, modify or add to the Gold Points Reward Network program rules, regulations terms and conditions, including but not limited to imposing time limits and changes in point values, rewards, and reward levels, all without prior notice, at any time. 10. Except where required by law or provided for in the program rules, Friday's® Gold Points have no cash value. Aw shucks! Points are surrendered for award redemption only. In certain jurisdictions, where required by law, 750 Gold Points would be deemed to have a cash value not exceeding one twentieth of one cent.
11. Friday's® and Gold Points Corporation reserve the right to discontinue membership privileges and/or void all or a portion of a member's point balance if the points have been issued, received or redeemed through computer error, fraud or theft, through illegal means or in a manner not authorized in the Official Rules & Conditions or in other current Gold Points Reward Network program rules. These rights are in addition to any other legal or equitable remedy which may be available to the Friday's® Gold Points program under applicable law.
12. We occasionally send mailings to random Friday's® Gold Points members with discount offers and information about the Gold Points Reward Network program. If you prefer not to receive such mailings, please visit goldpoints.com to update your account profile.
13. Employees of TGI Friday's® Inc., its franchisees, affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate families of each are not eligible.
