T.G.I. Friday's® President and CEO, Richard Snead, wins the 2004 Golden Chain Award

Hats off to T.G.I. Friday's President and CEO, Richard Snead, on his recent win of the 2004 Golden Chain award.

Richard and the other recipients will be honored at NRN's October MUFSO conference, at which time the coveted Operator of the Year will be announced.

Inaugurated in 1977, Golden Chain Award winners are selected by the editors of Nation's Restaurant News. The award honors multiunit operators for recent accomplishments and lifetime achievements.

Richard was recognized for leading the revitalization of the T.G.I. Friday's brand, including new restaurant and menu designs. He was also noted for championing development of the concept to 55 countries and launching a unique partnership between Friday's and Atkins Nutritionals.
