Carrollton, TX (July 29, 2004) - This summer, T.G.I. Friday's restaurants will offer guests more variety with the launch of their Extreme Summer menu beginning July 28 through September 26, 2004, at participating T.G.I. Friday's restaurants.

Friday's U.S.A "Our Extreme Summer menu adds more kick to the summer season. We've focused on adding great bold flavors and drinks that are hard to pass up. The Extreme Summer menu features Extreme Fries: Southwest Fries, Friday's® Fries topped with queso, jalapenos, fresh cilantro and pico de gallo, and Barbeque Fries, Friday's Fries topped with a sweet barbeque sauce, queso, grilled red onions and fresh cilantro. Entrees include Extreme Buffalo Chicken Tacos, crispy breaded chicken strips with Buffalo sauce and Ranch dressing, topped with shredded lettuce, red cabbage and pico de gallo; Extreme Cajun Chicken Tacos, sliced blackened chicken topped with Jalapeno Ranch dressing, creamed Cajun corn and shredded lettuce, garnished with pico de gallo, green onions and crispy, fried jalapenos; and Extreme BBQ Ranch Tacos, shaved steak tossed in a sweet barbeque sauce, topped with Ranch dressing, shredded lettuce and garnished with pico de gallo and crispy, fried jalapenos. All entrees are served with Friday's Fries.
Two Extreme Bold N' Juicy Burger flavors are also available on the menu; Extreme Southwest Jalapeno Burger, melted Jack cheese topped with crispy fried jalapenos, fresh pico de gallo and Friday's spicy southwestern mayonnaise, and Extreme Jack Daniel's® Burger, crispy bacon, smoked provolone, grilled onions and T.G.I. Friday's signature Jack Daniel's sauce. For dessert, guests can enjoy the Extreme Sundae; a warm brownie topped with fresh strawberries and banana, hot fudge, vanilla ice cream and whipped cream, sprinkled with pecans, toasted almonds, chocolate chips and Oreo® pieces. Extreme beverages include Friday's New Ultimate Margarita, Corona Extra and Strawberry Lemonade.

Friday's Extreme Summer celebrates Friday's culture of American energy, ingenuity and quest for fun with the addition of classic summer music, special offers, brightly colored Hawaiian-print uniform shirts, and employee contests.
